For over 15 years, I’ve been the chef behind retreats on the Osa Peninsula — yoga immersions, teacher trainings, surf and writing retreats, and wellness gatherings of all kinds. I know how to feed a group that is opening, softening, and arriving. My kitchen speaks that language fluently.
Every menu is built from scratch, from what is fresh, alive, and in season — many ingredients from my own farm. I cook in alignment with your group’s rhythm and needs, bringing vitality, creativity, and love to every meal. No fixed menus. Just real food made with full presence, adapted to how your retreat breathes.

All menus are custom-designed for your retreat. Pricing covers chef services only — food cost is estimated and billed separately based on your group size and menu. Travel outside the Osa Peninsula is available; logistics and transport quoted individually. International bookings welcome.
