To start: a small tasting of sashimi or tuna tataki with citrus and soy.

Grilled beef cuts such as rib-eye, New York steak, or beef tenderloin, served with chimichurri.

Served with scalloped potatoes, a green salad with Dijon vinaigrette, and warm dinner rolls with butter.

Dessert: chocolate chip walnut cookies.
